1. Agreement to Terms and Acceptance

By registering an account on 8k8app, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you affirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users regardless of the method of access, including desktop browsers, mobile web, and native mobile applications (iOS and Android). Your continued use of 8k8app services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any amendments we make from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may notify you via email, account notification, or prominent website announcement. Withdrawal of any remaining account balance will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification and compliance requirements.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Philippine Players

To create an account and participate in real-money gaming on 8k8app, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 8k8app strictly prohibits minors from creating accounts or participating in any gaming activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, winnings, and bonus funds.
• Valid Philippine Identification: You must possess a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (driver's license, UMID, passport, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and provide it upon request for verification purposes.
• Financial Standing: You must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings or have been previously excluded from 8k8app or other PAGCOR-licensed operators for fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited activities.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account on 8k8app, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your government ID, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, and preferred currency (PHP). You will create a unique username and secure password that meets our minimum security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters).

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA), 8k8app is required to verify the identity of all players. You must submit clear, legible copies of your government-issued Philippine ID showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and signature. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number).

Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours of document submission. During the verification period, you may deposit funds and play games, but withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is complete. Failure to complete verification within fourteen (14) days of initial withdrawal request may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. You must immediately notify 8k8app customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, forgotten credentials, or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

8k8app accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and other major Philippine banks), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT), and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day based on your account verification status and payment method.

Deposits are typically credited instantly to your 8k8app account balance. In cases where deposits are delayed, we will investigate and credit your account once payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. You may not reverse or cancel a deposit once the transaction is completed. All deposits are final.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements, bonus wagering conditions, and minimum withdrawal thresholds (typically ₱300 to ₱500 depending on payment method). Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 48 hours depending on the payment method and verification status. GCash withdrawals typically process fastest, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

To maintain security and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. You may not withdraw funds to third-party accounts. If deposits were made via multiple payment methods, withdrawals will be processed back to the original deposit methods in proportion to deposit amounts before alternative withdrawal methods are available.

4.3 Fees and Processing

8k8app does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, payment providers (banks, GCash, PayMaya, cryptocurrency networks) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than three withdrawals per week), withdrawals below minimum thresholds, or withdrawals to alternative payment methods.

4.4 Suspicious Transaction Monitoring

All financial transactions are monitored for suspicious activity, money laundering, fraud, and bonus abuse. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity. If we determine that your account has been used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or other illegal activities, we will report such activity to PAGCOR and appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities, and your account will be closed with funds forfeited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read and understood before accepting any promotional offer. Bonus terms will be clearly stated on the promotion page and may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and withdrawal limitations.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover requirements) that specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. 6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play Standards

Detection of prohibited activities will result in investigation, and if confirmed, immediate account termination with forfeiture of all funds including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. 8k8app reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 8k8app account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. Any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.

8.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension or Closure

8k8app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification requirements, or behavior that threatens the integrity of our platform. In cases of operator-initiated closure due to terms violations, account balances may be forfeited as determined during investigation.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

8k8app is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place wagers. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. The 8k8app platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the platform.

8k8app is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security, or any event beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend that you maintain adequate internet security software and keep your account credentials confidential.

11. Dispute Resolution and Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of 8k8app services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or phone. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and promptly. Most complaints are resolved within 48 hours of initial contact.

If you are dissatisfied with our resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to our management team. If the dispute remains unresolved after internal review, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR's customer protection division, which provides mediation services for licensed operators.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's mediation process.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

8k8app reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify players of material changes via email, account notification, or prominent announcement on our website. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.
